We build the digital bit.
You get on with the business.
Websites, apps and the software your company actually runs on — for businesses anywhere in the UK. Built properly, explained without jargon, and looked after long after launch.

Fifteen years delivering for
Organisations Matt has delivered software and change programmes for across a fifteen-year career — not T19 client engagements. We'd rather be straight about that than borrow someone else's credibility.
What we do
Seven things, done properly.

What it costs
A real number, before you ring us.
Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out whether you can afford them. Answer four questions instead and you'll have a range in about fifteen seconds — no email, no form, no follow-up sequence.
Not sure if you need a new site or a rescue? If the current one mostly works, rescue starts at £900 — a fraction of a rebuild. And you can see how those prices played out in real builds. Already got a site? Run the free ten-second check first.
New · AI, done usefully
AI that gives you your hours back.
Everyone is telling you to use AI. Nobody is telling you where. We sit inside how your business actually runs, find where the hours leak, and build the small sharp tools that stop it. Priced like software, not consultancy.
Every lead gets a considered reply in your voice while you're asleep. We run this one ourselves.
Talk the job through on the drive back; a priced draft is waiting when you get in.
Sorted, labelled, replies drafted. You approve, it sends.
Call notes into the CRM, job sheets into invoices. Nothing retyped, nothing mistyped.
Contracts, policies, manuals — one box that answers from your files and shows its source.
Reminders that escalate on your schedule and never sound like a robot.
Six of the usual suspects. It starts with one paid discovery day inside your business — and you leave with the shortlist even if we never build a thing.
The work
Four things we built. All of them are live right now.
Our own products, not client projects — which is the stronger proof. We've run them for years, paid the bills and fixed them at 11pm. Each one is a working business you can go and use.

Clarity as standard
We can talk like this. We'd rather not.
Pick one and watch it turn back into English.
What an agency says
We'll drive digital transformation across your organisation.
What it means
Some of your jobs are still done on paper. We'll move them onto a computer so they're quicker and nothing gets lost.
Our rule: if you'd have to ask what a word means, it doesn't go in the email.
How it works
Three steps, in this order. Here's what each one looks like.
These are the actual screens a client sees — not a diagram. Every project runs through your own account: the proposal, the agreement, the payments and every update, in one place you can open at 11pm.
-
01
A conversation, then a proposal you can read
Twenty minutes on the phone, then a written proposal in plain English: what we'd build, what it costs, how long it takes. A fixed price, agreed before anything starts.
You get a page like this, with your name on it, usually within two days.
Book the call
-
02
An agreement in plain English, signed with a click
Eight short clauses you can actually read: what we're doing, what you're paying, who owns what, how either of us can stop. Sign it with your name. The deposit invoice arrives by card, and the build starts the moment it clears.
You get a signed copy by email, and your own account the same day.

-
03
Watch it get built, then it's yours
Every milestone, every payment and every message lands in your account as it happens, with a percentage you can trust. Ask a question from any update. Request a change and get a quote back. Then we launch, and stay on for the fixes.
You get the code, the domain and the accounts in your name from day one — and someone who still answers the phone after launch.

Who you get
You'll deal with the people who build it.
There's no account manager, no team page with stock photos on it, and no junior doing the work while someone senior takes the meeting.
Matt Rooney leads every project and is your point of contact from the first conversation to long after launch. Fifteen years delivering software inside large organisations — telecoms, aviation, retail, luxury — where the systems are old, the constraints are real and nobody has the luxury of starting from scratch. Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, APM qualified, currently finishing a CMI Level 5 in management and leadership.
When a build needs a specialist, he brings one in — a designer, or a developer who knows a particular platform inside out — from a small group of people he's worked alongside for years. They're senior, they're chosen for the job rather than because they happened to be free, and Matt stays accountable for the work either way. You won't be handed over to someone you've never met.
The other half of the story is more useful. Most weekends there's a van to load, a venue to set up in, and a room full of people to read. Nine years of that teaches you something no delivery certificate does: turn up, fit in with whatever's already there, and don't make your problems somebody else's.
Which is roughly the whole business model.

People who've delivered alongside him
Matt is an outstanding manager who brings clarity and structure to complex delivery while never losing sight of the people behind it. He communicates clearly, brings stakeholders together, and makes the tough decisions needed to keep work moving forward.
Antonina Sztyma · Software Engineer, Gamma
The focus was always on finding a solution rather than assigning blame, which created an environment where people felt comfortable speaking up and working together to fix things.
Ben Churchill · Senior Software Engineer, Gamma
His communication skills are excellent and he can deal well with stakeholders at all levels. He understands several key project management methodologies and can apply them to any project.
Lucie Robinson · Project Manager, JD Sports
Colleagues and clients from Matt's delivery career, reproduced from LinkedIn recommendations. They aren't T19 client references, and they aren't the specialists described above — we'd rather show you the real ones.
Reasons not to hire us
- You want a big team on every call. It's Matt, plus specialists when the work genuinely needs them. That's the point — but it isn't for everyone.
- You need it yesterday. Good slots book ahead, and rush jobs get an honest no rather than a bad yes.
- You want someone who just says yes. If the brief will waste your money, we'll say so before you spend it.
Still here? Then we'll probably get on.
Before you ask
The questions we get every time.
Answered here so you don't have to book a call to find out.
What does a website or business system cost?
There is a live estimator on the site that gives you a range in about fifteen seconds without asking for your email. The fixed price is agreed after a conversation and does not move unless the scope changes.
Who actually does the work?
Matt Rooney leads every project and is your point of contact throughout. Where a build needs a specialist he brings in an associate he has worked with for years. There is no account manager, and nobody junior learning on your job.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Everything we build comes with a simple admin so you change words, prices and photos in a browser without needing a developer.
Do you work with businesses outside your area?
We work with businesses anywhere in the United Kingdom. Everything runs online, so location makes no difference to how a project runs.
What happens after launch?
We stay on for hosting, fixes and updates. Four of our own products have been in production for years, so we are set up for the years after launch rather than the weeks before it.
How long does it take?
A straightforward website usually takes a few weeks from go-ahead, not months. Bigger systems and apps are built in stages, so you see working software early rather than waiting for a big reveal. Your proposal comes with a date, and the fixed price is tied to it.
Do we need to be technical to work with you?
No, and you never will. You tell us how the business works and what a good result looks like; we turn that into software and explain every decision in words you would use yourself. If we ever slip into jargon, that is our mistake to fix, not yours to decode.
Five promises, in writing, before you've spent a penny
- The fixed price is fixed. It moves only if you change the scope — never because we misjudged it.
- You get a reply the same working day. Not an autoresponder — a reply.
- You own everything: domain, code, content, accounts. Leaving us is a handover, not a hostage negotiation.
- If you don't need us, we'll say so — the estimator, the free check and the guides exist to prove it.
- Nothing locks you in. Care plans cancel monthly, and the site keeps working without them.

- You send this. A sentence is plenty.
- Matt replies with honest first thoughts — same working day.
- If it's a fit, a fixed quote in writing. No chasing, no pressure.
Tell us what's annoying you.
Genuinely, that's the best opening. Not a spec — just the bit of your week that shouldn't take as long as it does. We'll tell you straight whether it's worth building.
