Where we work

Based in Bolton. Working everywhere.

T19 Digital is run from Bolton, Greater Manchester. Websites, systems and apps are delivered to businesses anywhere in the UK — the work is online, so location changes nothing about how a project runs.

The North West, in person

For AI consultancy the discovery day happens inside your business, watching how work actually moves — so Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside get that in person as standard. Bolton, Bury, Wigan, Preston, Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester itself: all an easy morning. Further afield we still come to you; it just goes in the diary rather than the same week.

There is also nine years of local ground truth here: our founder’s events business has worked over thirty North West venues, which is why the booking systems we build ask the questions this region’s trades actually get asked.

Everywhere else, without compromise

Everything except the discovery day is location-free by design: video calls, a live pipeline where you watch proposals and contracts move, and an admin you use from anywhere. Roughly speaking, if you can take a video call, you are local. One deliberate choice worth stating: we would rather be one honest page about where we work than twenty thin “web design in [town]” pages — you have seen those, and so has Google.

Questions about working together

Do you travel for projects?

For AI discovery days, yes — anywhere in the North West is easy, and further by arrangement. For websites and systems, distance never matters: the whole process runs remotely and always has.

Can everything really be done remotely?

Yes. Calls, shared documents, live previews you can click, and a proposal you sign online. Most clients never need a meeting room.

Will you come and see the business first?

If a walk-through genuinely helps — a venue, a workshop, a clinic — that can be arranged. It is judged by usefulness, not ceremony.
