Cookie notice
We do not track you.
There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party fonts, no social pixels.
What an ordinary visit sets
Nothing. Browse the whole site and no cookie is written and no third party learns you were here. Fonts are served from this domain rather than Google, so your IP address is not shared.
The two exceptions
| Name | Type | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
t19_admin | Strictly necessary | Keeps our own staff signed in to the admin area. Only ever set after someone signs in at /login. Never set for a visitor. | 12 hours |
t19boot | Strictly necessary — browser storage, not a cookie | Remembers that the page's opening animation has already played, so it does not repeat. Holds no personal data and is never sent to us. | Until you close the tab |
Strictly necessary items do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, because the service cannot work without them.
The contact form
The form and the "ask a question" assistant are provided by Lead Capture AI and load from leadcaptureai.co.uk. Nothing loads until you scroll to the contact section, and the assistant loads nothing at all until you click it. If you use them, they may set their own strictly-necessary cookies to run the conversation. Don't want that? Email or ring us instead — details are in the footer, and you will get the same answer.
If we ever add analytics
If we do, it will be a cookieless, privacy-first tool that does not track individuals across sites, and we will say so here. If we ever adopt something that does need consent, a proper consent banner will appear and nothing will load until you agree.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honour both by default, in the sense that we have nothing to disable.
