One monthly price per kind of build, everything in your name, cancel whenever. Hosting and monitoring, security updates, backups tested rather than assumed, small content changes within five working days, and a human who answers — the same people who built it, or rescued it. No ticket queue, no account manager.

- Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
- Yes — after a rescue. The rescue gets it to a state we’re willing to be responsible for; the care plan keeps it there. We don’t take on mystery codebases blind, because that’s how promises get broken.
- What counts as a small change?
- Words, prices, photos, opening hours — the edits a business needs weekly. New pages and features are quoted separately, and we’ll say which side of the line something falls before doing it.
- Am I locked in?
- No — monthly, cancel whenever, and everything is in your name so leaving is genuinely easy. We’d rather earn the renewal than write it into a contract.
- What happens when something breaks at 9pm?
- Monitoring usually tells us before you do. In working hours a site that is down, or has stopped taking payments or bookings, gets a response within 4 hours; anything else broken within 2 working days; small changes within 5. What you’re buying is that it’s our problem first.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Monitoring runs around the clock, so a site going down usually reaches us before it reaches you.
