We build the digital bit.
You get on with the business.

Websites, apps and the software your company actually runs on — for businesses anywhere in the UK. Built properly, explained without jargon, and looked after long after launch.

Four questions, no email, no form — a real number before you've even said hello.

Fifteen years delivering for

Gamma Manchester Airport Group Christie's BT EE AO.com TalkTalk JD Sports Sainsbury's CAVU

Organisations Matt has delivered software and change programmes for across a fifteen-year career — not T19 client engagements. We'd rather be straight about that than borrow someone else's credibility.

Why T19

Two small things gave us our name.

T

Tango

When you spell your name to the bank — A for Alpha, B for Bravo — that's the phonetic alphabet. It exists for one reason: so nobody has to ask you to repeat yourself.

19

Nineteen inches

The width the world agreed to build equipment to, so whatever you buy from whoever slots in next to everything else. You've never thought about it. That's what a good standard does — it stays out of your way.

Put them together and you've got the whole idea. Say things once, clearly. Fit around what's already there.

What we do

Three things, done properly.

No packages, no tiers, no upsell path. We work out what you need and quote for that.

01

Websites

A site your customers can actually use, and that you can edit yourself without ringing anyone. Fast, findable on Google, and it works on the phone in the van.

  • Built to load in under a second
  • You edit the words and photos, not us
  • Enquiries land somewhere you'll see them
02

Software your business runs on

The bookings, the quotes, the invoices — the bit currently living in a spreadsheet and someone's head. Built around how you already work rather than the other way round.

  • Customer portals, booking systems, dashboards
  • Talks to the tools you've already got
  • Card payments, contracts, automatic chasing
03

Sticking around

Most agencies hand over a zip file and vanish. We built four products we still run every day, so we're set up for the years after launch rather than the eight weeks before it.

  • Fixes, updates and hosting handled
  • The same people who built it
  • No ticket queue, no account manager

The work

Four things we built. All of them are live right now.

Straight answer on these: they're our own products, not client projects. We think that's the stronger proof — we didn't hand them over and walk away, we've run them in production for years, paid the hosting bills and fixed them at 11pm. Click any of them and you'll land on a real, working business.

The problem

Fitness apps don't fail because the features are wrong. They fail on day four, when the novelty dies and nobody notices you've stopped opening it. The whole category is silent at the exact five moments people quit.

What we built

A coach that reads your weigh-ins, food logs and missed sessions before it says anything — then sends one set of orders to your lock screen at 7am, written from your own data. Meal plans that come out as a single aisle-by-aisle shopping list. Form checks from video. Barcode scanning. Weight in stone or kilograms, because this is Britain.

The hard part

Getting one product onto the App Store, Google Play and the web without building it three times over — and getting notifications to actually arrive on all three, which Apple, Google and the web each handle their own stubborn way.

Where it landed

Live on both app stores and the web at £12.99 a month, with a 30-day trial and an import route out of MyFitnessPal so nobody starts from an empty graph.

02For events businesses · one platform, three brands

BUILT FOR WORKING ARTISTS

The events business
platform with AI
behind the decks

Sat 12 Sep · 300 guests · wants DJ + live sax ✦ Reply drafted — £1,450 quoted, 2 DJs free that date
Live at gig-nest.com

The problem

A working DJ takes an enquiry on a Saturday at 7.42pm, mid-set. They can't answer. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they ring the next name on the list. Meanwhile the quoting, contracts, deposits and event planning all live in a spreadsheet and an inbox.

What we built

A platform that answers the enquiry instead. It reads the message, pulls out the date and venue, checks the diary for clashes, scores how serious the lead is and drafts a reply in the owner's own voice. A phone receptionist on a real local number picks up at 7.42pm on a Saturday. Then contracts, card deposits, a client planning portal, guest song requests and a set brief before every event.

The hard part

Keeping three brands on one product — Gig Nest for DJs, Booth Planner for photo booths, Shoot Planner for photographers — with every business's data kept completely separate from every other's. Plus VAT invoices that number themselves the way HMRC expects, which is less glamorous and more important than it sounds.

Where it landed

Plans from £19 a month, with a founder-run DJ business using it every weekend as the test bed. If it breaks, it breaks on his own bookings first.

AI LEAD MANAGEMENT FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

Stop losing enquiries
to a slow reply.

Sarah & Tom92 Acme Co.78 The Grange88
Live at leadcaptureai.co.uk

The problem

Most enquiries go to whoever replies first. A plumber, a florist, a skip hire firm — they're all up a ladder or in a van when the message lands, and by the time they see it the customer has booked someone else.

What we built

An assistant that replies in seconds, at 2am if that's when the enquiry arrives. It asks the questions that particular trade actually needs, scores the lead so the owner knows who to ring first, and drops it into one tidy pipeline. Then quotes, invoices, e-signatures and card payments from the same place.

The hard part

Making one product feel purpose-built for eleven completely different trades. A restaurant needs table capacity and turn times. A recruiter needs candidate matching. A skip hire firm needs a postcode and a delivery date. Same engine, eleven genuinely different conversations.

Where it landed

Every feature on every plan from £19 a month, with a done-for-you setup service and a build option for businesses that don't have a website at all yet.

Live at mattrooneydj.co.uk

The problem

Wedding couples compare five suppliers in one evening. The site has to signal "this one's worth £750" in about four seconds, answer the questions a venue will ask, and take an enquiry at eleven at night when someone can't sleep for planning.

What we built

A fast, dark, video-led site with the prices actually on it — which most competitors won't do — plus a venue list for search, real testimonials, and an AI booking assistant in the corner that checks dates. Every word and photo is editable through a simple admin panel.

The hard part

Speed. It's a site full of video and photography that still had to load instantly on a phone with two bars of signal in a barn. We stripped out everything that slowed it down and rebuilt the pages so there's almost nothing left to load.

Where it landed

Packages published from £500, enquiries flowing straight into a booking system, and an owner who hasn't needed to ask a developer for a text change since launch.

Clarity as standard

We can talk like this. We'd rather not.

Pick one and watch it turn back into English.

What an agency says

We'll drive digital transformation across your organisation.

What it means

Some of your jobs are still done on paper. We'll move them onto a computer so they're quicker and nothing gets lost.

Our rule: if you'd have to ask what a word means, it doesn't go in the email.

How it works

Three steps, in this order.

Genuinely three. Not a twelve-stage methodology with a name and a diagram.

  1. 01

    A conversation, not a brief

You tell us what's annoying you. Not what you want built — that's our job to work out. Half an hour on the phone or in person, no charge, no pitch deck. If we're not right for it we'll say so and point you at someone who is.

You get a straight answer on whether this is worth doing, and roughly what it costs.

  2. 02

    Something you can click, early

Before anything's really built you get a working version to poke at, so you're reacting to something real instead of approving a document. Fixed price agreed here — you'll know the number before we start, and it doesn't move unless you change what you asked for.

You get a clickable version, a fixed price, and a date.

  3. 03

    Live, then looked after

We launch it, show you how to run the bits you'll want to change yourself, and stay on for the updates and the fixes. Your stuff stays yours — the code, the domain, the accounts, all in your name from day one.

You get a live thing, in your name, with someone still answering the phone.

What it costs

A real number, before you ring us.

Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out whether you can afford them. Answer four questions instead and you'll have a range in about fifteen seconds — no email, no form, no follow-up sequence.

01What are we building?
02Roughly how much of it is there?
03Does it need to talk to anything you already use?
04Do you want us looking after it afterwards?

Who you get

You'll deal with the people who build it.

Matt Rooney · founder, and the person leading your build

There's no account manager, no team page with stock photos on it, and no junior doing the work while someone senior takes the meeting.

Matt Rooney leads every project and is your point of contact from the first conversation to long after launch. Fifteen years delivering software inside large organisations — telecoms, aviation, retail, luxury — where the systems are old, the constraints are real and nobody has the luxury of starting from scratch. Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, APM qualified, currently finishing a CMI Level 5 in management and leadership.

When a build needs a specialist, he brings one in — a designer, or a developer who knows a particular platform inside out — from a small group of people he's worked alongside for years. They're senior, they're chosen for the job rather than because they happened to be free, and Matt stays accountable for the work either way. You won't be handed over to someone you've never met.

The other half of the story is more useful. Most weekends there's a van to load, a venue to set up in, and a room full of people to read. Nine years of that teaches you something no delivery certificate does: turn up, fit in with whatever's already there, and don't make your problems somebody else's.

Which is roughly the whole business model.

People who've delivered alongside him

Matt is an outstanding manager who brings clarity and structure to complex delivery while never losing sight of the people behind it. He communicates clearly, brings stakeholders together, and makes the tough decisions needed to keep work moving forward.

Antonina Sztyma · Software Engineer, Gamma

The focus was always on finding a solution rather than assigning blame, which created an environment where people felt comfortable speaking up and working together to fix things.

Ben Churchill · Senior Software Engineer, Gamma

His communication skills are excellent and he can deal well with stakeholders at all levels. He understands several key project management methodologies and can apply them to any project.

Lucie Robinson · Project Manager, JD Sports

Colleagues and clients from Matt's delivery career, reproduced from LinkedIn recommendations. They aren't T19 client references, and they aren't the specialists described above — we'd rather show you the real ones.

Before you ask

The questions we get every time.

Answered here so you don't have to book a call to find out.

What does a website or business system cost?

There is a live estimator on the site that gives you a range in about fifteen seconds without asking for your email. The fixed price is agreed after a conversation and does not move unless the scope changes.

Who actually does the work?

Matt Rooney leads every project and is your point of contact throughout. Where a build needs a specialist he brings in an associate he has worked with for years. There is no account manager, and nobody junior learning on your job.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Everything we build comes with a simple admin so you change words, prices and photos in a browser without needing a developer.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

We work with businesses anywhere in the United Kingdom. Everything runs online, so location makes no difference to how a project runs.

What happens after launch?

We stay on for hosting, fixes and updates. Four of our own products have been in production for years, so we are set up for the years after launch rather than the weeks before it.

How long does it take?

A straightforward website usually takes a few weeks from go-ahead, not months. Bigger systems and apps are built in stages, so you see working software early rather than waiting for a big reveal. Your proposal comes with a date, and the fixed price is tied to it.

Do we need to be technical to work with you?

No, and you never will. You tell us how the business works and what a good result looks like; we turn that into software and explain every decision in words you would use yourself. If we ever slip into jargon, that is our mistake to fix, not yours to decode.

Start a conversation

Tell us what's annoying you.

Genuinely, that's the best opening. Not a spec — just the bit of your week that shouldn't take as long as it does. We'll tell you straight whether it's worth building.

Or just ask

Quick question — roughly what a booking system costs, whether we've built something like yours? The assistant knows our services and answers straight away, at any hour.
